Nicolas DELAS, Managing Director, Partner
Mr. DELAS is associate and head of European operation for Almelys. He has an extensive expertise in cosmetic firm and naturals products extraction, purification and identification (CEVA).
He has a knowledge in extractive methods and analytical chemistry. In addition, Mr DELAS has worked in a consulting cabinet in Healthcare and Life Sciences department (Actemis). Mr. DELAS is working in Pharmaceutical Lab as Business Developer (ACM Pharma).
Mr. DELAS obtained his MS in the Lille Graduate School of Management, completed a MSc in biochemistry from the Ingeneering University of Vannes.

Hai Feng ZHAO, Managing Director, Partner
Mrs ZHAO is managing director and head of marketing study, business feasability and investment seeking services. Mrs ZHAO had previously worked in chinese trade firm providing creative ideas and services to improve marketing, Business to Business and Business to Consumer in textile and informatic industrie.
In addition, Mrs ZHAO obtained is MBA in European Management in the economic university of Orléans (France), completed a Master in international trade in Xi'an's univiersity (Rep. China).
Mickaël BOUARD, Managing Director
Mr. BOUARD is managing director and head of marketing study, business feasability and investment seeking services. He had previously worked in food industries (Masterfoods, Unicopa) providing creative ideas and services to improve engineering marketing, Business to Business and Business to Consumer.
In addition, Mr BOUARD has worked as vendor assurance responsible in Masterfoods R&D department. He organized tracability of raw materials for foods products.
Mr. BOUARD obtained is Master in Biotechnologie's Management from the Business School of Orléans, completed a Bachelor in biology.
